The first time you shop at Svensson Shop, you need to create a users account. You do this at “ registrera dig”.

Step 1.

You have to fill in user information.

Användarnamn = Username

Lösenord = Password

Förnamn = first name

Efternamn = Surname

Företagsnamn = Company name

Personnummer/Företags nummer = Personal identity number/Organization number

Gatuadress = Street address

Postnummer = Zip code

Postadress = City

Land = Country, here you need to choose you’re country. If you can’t find it on our list, please let us know and we will take care of it.

E-post = E-mail

Telefon =  only necessary for Swedish customers.

Fax = Fax

When you are done, press fortsätt to continue.

Step 2

When you're done ordering choose “ gå direkt till kassan” in the cart menu.

Log in to your account.

Step 3

Choose how you would like to pay.

Don’t forget to read our terms of purchase and conditions.

 

Step 4

Verify your order and confirm by pressing, bekräfta köp.

Now you are done! Thank you for your order.

Our Delivery charges are fixed

Payment information

Payment by card

This is the easiest and quickest way to make an order.

If we receive you’re order before 12 AM we’ll send it the same day, with reservation that youre item is in stock. If you make an order during the weekend or holidays we’ll send it the following opened day.

 

Cash on delivery

You pay when you receive youre goods.  This particular service charge an extra administration cost on 50 SEK. You can only order “Cash on delivery” if you live in Sweden.

If we receive youre order before 12.00 AM we’ll send it the same day, with reservation that youre item is in stock. If you make an order during the weekend or holidays we’ll send it the following opened day.

For non cashed out goods we’ll charge 150 SEK.

 

Pay and Pick-up

We offer special services for you that are able to pick up youre items here in our shop in Malmö. You can reserve garments until 18.00 AM the following day.

We accept cash and card, except for AMEX, Diners.

 

Exchanges of goods & refunds

You may refund or change your order within 14 days with attached receipt.

Costumer pays all refund costs. If you want to exchange your item one cost is paid by customer and one by the shop.

A refund is only allowed if you attach receipt or other purchase information and a description on why you return garment/ item. The garment/ item is only accepted if it’s unused and salable.

We’ll also need some account information where we shall make out youre payment. We’ll refund within 7 days after you receive a mail of receiving-confirmation.

 

 

 

Sale

Reduction of the full price is set out.

No exchanges or refunds of sale items.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Complaint

If you need to file a complaint please send us pictures and explain what is wrong to help us decide if it is an actual complaint. Mail us at customer service order@svenssonmagazine.com

When we have made a decision about youre item we will mail you so that you can send us youre item. When you return youre good it is very important that you attach a note where you:

·Explain the reason for complaint.

·Recite or other purchase information.

·Name, address, phone or e-mail

·Name of you’re bank, account number.

·Copy of freight costs.

After we receive youre item we will give you a refund within seven working days.

We won’t be responsible for non approved complaints.
